Most notes are ready in one to two minutes. Long recordings and large PDFs can take up to five. You can close the page; we keep working in the background and the note appears in your library when it is done.
Open the note and press Try again, or add another source so the notes, flashcards and quiz are rebuilt. Scanned PDFs are read with vision, but very blurry pages or protected files cannot be processed. If it keeps failing, e-mail us the note link.
PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, text and Markdown files, images of notes or whiteboards, audio recordings (MP3, M4A, WAV and more), YouTube videos with captions and most web articles. The in-app recorder saves long lectures in ten-minute segments.
One full study set (notes, flashcards and a quiz), one quiz round and one flashcard deck per note, five chat messages a day, files up to 25 MB, lectures and audio up to 1 hour and three sources per note. Pro removes the limits, raises files to 100 MB and ten sources per note, and takes lectures, audio files and YouTube videos up to 4 hours.
Settings, then Manage subscription opens the secure billing portal where you can switch between monthly and yearly or cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Exports unlock after you finish a round once. It keeps the study loop honest: you practise first, then take the material with you. Notes can be exported and shared at any time.
Yes. By default notes follow the language of your material. Pick a different language in Settings, Notes language, and new notes, flashcards and quizzes will be written in it. Pro members can also translate any finished note.
Settings, then Delete account removes your notes, files, flashcards, quizzes and chats permanently and cancels any subscription. It takes effect immediately.
